This policy applies to purchases from TotForge, an online general merchandise store operated by Heilongjiang Sandong Trading Co., Ltd., through totforge.com. It explains payment options, authorizations, security, transaction review, and refunds.

1. Payment Methods

Depending on availability, checkout may offer major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or other supported payment services.

Only the payment methods shown at checkout are available for your transaction. Methods may vary by location, device, browser, currency, and provider.

2. Secure Checkout

Our Shopify-based store uses e-commerce technology and authorized payment processors intended to support secure payment processing. We use reasonable measures to help protect information transmitted during checkout. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

3. Payment Authorization

Your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may authorize a payment before an order is accepted. A temporary authorization hold may appear; your provider determines when any hold is released.

4. Declined Payments

Payments may be declined due to incorrect payment details, expired cards, insufficient funds, mismatched billing information, provider restrictions, international transaction controls, or security checks. Please verify your details and contact the relevant payment provider if the issue continues. We cannot override an independent issuer's authorization decision.

5. Prices and Currency

Review the displayed product prices, quantity, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, currency, and final total before payment. The amount shown on the final checkout page is the amount submitted for payment, apart from separately imposed bank or provider charges.

6. Currency Conversion

If your payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the amount. Exchange rates and related conversion fees are determined by the provider, not TotForge or Heilongjiang Sandong Trading Co., Ltd..

7. Additional Provider Fees

Your financial institution may apply foreign transaction, international processing, account, or currency-conversion fees. Unless expressly shown as charges collected by our store, such third-party fees are not collected by TotForge.

8. Protecting Payment Information

Do not email or message customer support your full card number, card security code (CVV), bank password, wallet password, verification code, or other sensitive credentials. If you receive a suspicious request claiming to be from TotForge, use our official website or contact details to verify it.

9. Fraud Prevention

We may review unusual transactions, inconsistent order data, or suspected unauthorized payments. Where reasonably necessary, we may request limited verification or decline or cancel an order for security or legal reasons. If payment was collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be processed under applicable law.

10. Refund Payments

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We aim to process eligible approved refunds within approximately 7 business days after approval; providers may take additional time to post funds. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and procedures.

11. PayPal

Where PayPal is offered and chosen at checkout, its own transaction requirements, privacy practices, and account terms also apply. PayPal account-specific issues should be directed to PayPal.

12. Apple Pay and Google Pay

Digital wallets may be offered where supported by your device, browser, region, wallet setup, and checkout provider. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Availability is not guaranteed unless the option appears at checkout.

13. Billing Questions and Disputes

For a payment concern related to a TotForge order, email service@totforge.com with your order number, transaction date, amount, and a brief description. Do not include complete payment credentials. For issuer fees, authorization holds, exchange rates, or suspected unauthorized payments, contact your financial institution promptly.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts non-waivable rights under applicable consumer, financial, or payment laws. If a legal requirement conflicts with these terms, the mandatory legal requirement prevails.
