These Terms of Service govern use of totforge.com and the products and services offered by TotForge, an online general merchandise store operated by Heilongjiang Sandong Trading Co., Ltd..

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method; our aim is to process them within approximately 7 business days after approval.
